confused

the blood running through my veins
the thoughts in my head
peer pressure circling around me
but I take the safe route instead

inhaling the unhaleable
breathing out the dream
hoping that somebody hears me ...
when I decide to finally scream

afraid of my future
because of what I've been through in the past
enjoying my time in the present
hoping that it'll last

crying out the cries
as I clear out my mind
looking to redeem myself
only in the hands of time

honestly, I feel unstable
nothing can be much worse
feeling the pain and sorrow
it almost feels like a curse
