Confusing Feelings
Don't run from
Don't lash out at somebody else
Accept them as they are
Never forget why they are there
As sudden as they may be
No matter how hard we push them away
They will find a way to escape
You can't run from it, so don't try
They may be unwelcome
They may be accepted warmly
But there is always a choice
To lock and run or lock and accept
