Confusion

I suffer through stress and crying.

I wake up feeling worse than went I went to sleep.

I just want to have fun,

But that's not how life works.

Life is full of hardships and rollercoasters of emotion.

But we can't forget the real rollercoasters.

The ones that give me mixed feelings of joy and motion sickness.

It's times like those, when life almost lets us have a vacation that I love.

Times that I can be myself.

When the odds are in your favor so you buy a lotery ticket!

When you find your soulmate!

When you have your first kiss!

When you're on cloud nine.

But you have to come down.

And you will come down.

Because that's how life works.

Nothing is handed to you.

But those moments that shine are what keeps you going.

Because you always wait for more.
