Confusion Of The Mind

Confusion of the mind By: r.p. Stevens How come life only gets harder with time When ur a baby u learn, as u get older you rewind. Food for thought leaves you hungry 2 cents always comes up short Enough is never enough How come times keeps going when the clock doesn't work We strive to be the best But will settle for comfortable Competition is evident Life is disfunctional Burn bridges to gain nothing Lie cause the truth scares you Breath cause we have to Being real is so rare too Freedom of speech But ridiculed for opinions I just want to run away I wish I was Kenyan Pollution of the land Restitution from the man Illusions are just a scam Distribution is hand to hand Tic toc tic toc Runaway mother time I'm stuck in my head Confusion of the mind Degrees are just paper Rights are invisible Lie to get votes Politics are to political Pay to own your stuff Tax after tax Rich getting loaded Damn, cut us some slack Death comes to everyone What happens next Phones getting smaller Now watches that text Hunt for our food Now drive up to a window Drugs are baddddd Let's legalize Indo I know blah blah blah We reep what we sew How come getting high Makes you actually feel low If the shoe was on the other foot Would life be any different I'm just a confused basket case I have to finally admit it..
