Picture me
with your hands
around my waist,
begging me to understand
all the reasons you're great;
with your hands tearing
fabric, so weak,
and you not caring
as you touch my cheek.

No.

Picture me
with my hands
in your hair
with you understanding
my every care
with me saying yes
and my hands on
your chest.

Picture me
as a human being.

Is that so hard
to understand?
