Consistent Nightmare

My nightmares are nothing like his eyes

The hour of the night pass away for a new day

His soul seems to covet the lonesome sky

And all that she wants him to do is stay

And wallow in the voice that makes her heart sing

Unfortunately she has to resist

The boy who has lost his wings

However this girl will forever be unkissed

She had experience with being dismissed

And being alone was something she missed

There always had to be some sort of checklist

And on hers was the desire to be kissed

Sadly the boy with dream eyes had cut wrist

And a love letter held in his small fist
