a constant nag
My head hurts.
Not a physical headache.
More like a constant nag that never fucking leaves.
A constant feeling of sadness.
I looked at my legs today.
There are bruises I don’t remember getting.
There are stretch marks from shedding weight.
I’m doing it to myself.
I guess that’s my unhealthy way of coping.
If I speak I will get scolded.
If I make too much noise I will bother them.
Please stop making me feel useless.
Dead and forgotten.
I’m not my mother.
I’m not my father.
Please stop making me feel heartless and cold.
Icy and rotten.
