A Constant Nostalgia

A constant nostalgia in my head day and night A dream too big may leave me a fright The future so close I can taste it The city so far yet I can imagine it Seasons so evident it may seem unbearable But California is so incomparable Autumn lavished with oranges & reds But quickly snow falls bringing out smiles & sleds Oh the history, & the old stone ground The freedom trail, that I walked enduringly pound by pound My deepest desire is to be apart of it all Boston is where I belong, instead of in this town so boring & small
