The Constant Search

Searching high and low,
Under, over,
Down below.
I keep searching, but I can never seem to find you.
Can never seem to reach you.
I guess I'm searching for something new,
Something to change the skies from
A dark stormy grey to a bright sunny blue.
Searching for someone like you.
One day I'll find it,
Find you,
Somewhere unexpected.
And I hope beyond hope
That you'll be searching for someone like me too.

MissPoetic

I'm just a girl who wants to write poetry and share it with others, with the hope that it might inspire someone someday to write their own. :P
