Constellation

Your eyes remind me of the sunsets

The way they lighten up from time to time

Your hair reminds me of the wind

Such a powerful freeing statement,

when it curls and bounces

Your freckles remind me of the stars,

placed perfectly on your face to reveal a

constellation

such a beautiful constellation

Each star holds an array of views

You remind me of the world

so innocent, brave and smart

I want to learn about the sunsets, the stars, and the wind

oh, show me, dear constellation.
