Contagious

One glance in the hallway

50 minutes in class

Not that long huh?

But it's all I need

Because in that one glance

Or fifty minutes

That smile that brightens up your face

And my day

Is contagious

I've noticed you before

But never like this

That one time we spoke

You may not have realized it

But the little words you did say

They're burned into my mind

But after a while, they'll go away

I'll forget

But your smile

It's so...

Pretty

Maybe too pretty

I don't know what to say to you

I want you to know though

That it's not love

Or even like

But it's your smile

It's so pretty

And it's contagious
