Contradiction

I am the kind of person who completely understands why Jack traded Milky White away for magic beans.

I am an Addict sports player and an IB nerd, as strange as that seems.

I am a book cherisher,

World traveler,

Passive crusher,

Forgone dreamer,

Adventurer,

And anime obsessor all in the same breath.

I love the idea of being in love.

I don’t fear death.

I am that girl who sits in the library and cries over the book she is reading while others look on as if she is crazy.

I have scuba dived the Egyptian Red Sea.

And recently, I’ve developed a love of scalding tea.

I am a prideful,

Pessimistic,

Optimistic,

Realistic,

Uncompromising,

Unyielding,

Easygoing fool.

I am just plain foolish.

I dabble in the art of occasional cussing.

I have zero tolerance for people’s fussing.

My favorite weather is rain.

I have lost faith in humanity and regained it again,

Without fully understanding what triggered the change.

I am a middle child.

A little anti-social.

I listen to Disney songs, and musicals and classic rock and trance.

I fancy myself as self aware, yet still am completely swept up by my emotions and smashed into the ground.

I am a contradiction that makes utter and complete sense,

As counterintuitive as that sounds.
