We are young and we are old.

We are shadows and we are bold.

We are night and we are day, 

with only fear to lead the way.

Sometimes we break,

and sometimes we shatter,

but we have choices to make,

and every one will matter.

So listen closely my dear friend,

do not fear what is beyond the bend.
