Contradictory Beings

Contradictory.

Black and White.

Day and Night.

Desperate for relief,

that's non-existent.

Lost in the sea,

of terror and misery.

Scared to be lonely,

yet still despising company.

So forced to block out the tears,

from the assault that hurts

more than salt,

in the wounds

of the heart

and the soul

of a pathetic human being

unable to be free from the torment,

of this hell that you call:

Life.
