Convential Wedding

Something borrowed, something blue.

Your veil hides your natural blush.

Your belly turns with anticipation.

But why should it?

He is supposed to be the love of your life,

Your Happily Ever After.

Could it be that everyone you both know

Are there to watch you exchange those sacred vows?

You don't have to proclaim your love to him to everyone for it to be true

So why invite all those people?

Because it's tradition?

We live in an age where tradition has morphed to expense.

How much was your car?

How much was your college?

How much do you make?

How much was your engagement ring?

Why invite so many people when the vows to your partner are

Bewteen you, them, and the priest?
