Corona

Corona

My father’s choice of poison

That stings my nose every time I went pass him

The bottles hit each other musically

That still haunts me to this day

Hearing a little ding as they fall into the recycle bin

Sometimes I still hear it

Even without being near

Makes me want to cover my ears

And run away in fear

Of what might come next

Me
