Cost

Money makes the world go round

Faster everyday

Money makes the world go round

Well, now it’s time to pay.

Pay with every child

Giving up his dreams

When he can’t afford knowledge

After reaching his late teens.

Pay with every husband

Getting forceful with his spouse

When she’s bought too many purses

And he can’t afford the house.

Pay with every patient

Getting deathly ill

Worried for her life

But also worried for her bill.

Pay with every mugger

Round’ the corner with a knife

Prepared to steal a wallet, steal a purse

Or steal a life.

Money makes the world go round

Buy it or it’s lost.

Money makes the world go round.

Now stop and see the cost.Money makes the world go round
