This Could Have Been a Warning

To a place you can stay Run far away It is now morning This may be a warning Now must pay the big price Didn’t take the advice He was told to be nice No chance for redemption Couldn’t avoid temptation He failed prevention It is almost morning This may be a warning He tried But then could not He was put on the spot But did not belong He may have been strong But could not keep it He had a secret And now will croak He had a stroke This may be a warning It is not yet morning Warning! warning! warning.
