Could She Really Be The One?

I met this girl a few years back

The darkest brown hair, the brightest white smile

Eyes that suck you into an eternal spiral of sighs and short breaths

Some may say that she's breath-taking, remarkable, special

Absolutely perfect

But for me, those words are just not enough

She's so much more than that

Call me cliché, but it's really the truth

Recently, I've started to think

Could she really be the one?

Could she really be the one who I can call when I'm feeling down?

Could she really be the one who runs her fingers through my hair whispering that it'll all be okay?

Could she really be the one who gets on my last nerves over a stupid little argument?

Could she really be the one to spend the rest of my life with?

Could she really be the one?

She refuses to say anything until I pop the question

I guess that I'll just have to ask one day
