Country road

As I walked this empty road
My head is finally clear
With not a single thought, things started to appear
Animals and people alike, walking alongside me
As we walked we never spoke a word
On this old country road
I saw a gate up ahead
And as I walked they started to disappear
Then I came to the gates I pushed them open and went in
I never looked back
