Courage

By encompassing courage we make a conscious decision not to allow

Fear, trepidation, or doubt become an obstacle in our path

We can live a bitter live or a better life, it is our choice

When moments pass us by and  experience life on life's terms

We can begin to see that we are responsible for what we do and say

No matter how strong the hurt and pain we feel

For it takes courage to face ourselves during our darkest moments

And bring up to the light of truth and then we begin to feel peace

When we do this we begin the process of transformation of healing our hearts.
