The Courageous Four

                                                             The Courageous Four

A group of Four young men walked

through a door, thirsty for peace they became the   Greensboro

four. They were                     only students                  who studied in the

A & T state uni-                        versity of Nor-                        th  Carolina and

were very sore                             on their past                           generations. Des-

perate to regain                              equality, these                          four brave young

men sat where                                  they knew the-                             y wouldn’t and

couldn’t before.                                Not only so, b-                                  ut they asked

to be served in                                galore. They ch-                               ose to follow

the teachings               of their very own Martin Luther King Jr.           and the very

known Gandhi. Pursuing non- violence not only gave them a disadvantage, but

also gave them                           patience to bare                     the gore of the

whites in the                         store. As days pa-              ssed, more and

more black settled            in the store ca-          using the white

men to abhor them even more. But in the end, these four

young men managed to survive and score by

                                                             achieving their goal of equality.
