Cracked

I am cracked

Pulled, Pushed, Torn in every direction

I couldn’t stay away

I have to get back and help

But now I’m being pulled, pushed and torn even harder

It’s all happening so fast

I am shattered

Waiting for someone to find my pieces sparkling in the morning sun

They notice and take the piece of me that they need

… Please don’t walk away with me

Each piece as fragile as the next

But they do it, they make the pieces fit

They make me strong again

Together again

And with them again

I.Am.Whole
