Cracked, But Not Broken
I had to get broken to get fixed
I had to get lost before I found myself
I had to die to live
I had to be nothing to exist
I had to be poor to appreciate wealth
I had things taken so I could give
I'm still broken
Not asking to be put together
I'm still lost
Not asking to be discovered
I'm still dying
Trying my best to live
I'm still nothing
Striving to be something
I'm no longer poor
But I'm not the richest
Things still get taken
I give with no hesitation
But, now I no longer rush to put myself together
I'm finding myself little by little
I'm enjoying life with no thoughts of dying
I was always something despite being told I was nothing
I'm rich in happiness, and faith
I give before others have time to take
