Cravings

We're lost in our cravings The feeling so good We can't seem to stop This feeling can't fade We're on a high We don't want to come down There's a crash when we do Back to reality To the misery of this world To those who don't love us To the slums of the street It's better when we're high We forget it all We're Kings and Queens And we conquer everything We hear the colors And taste the words Everything's so different More vibrant More beautiful We can't let it go yet It's too much to bear It's better when we're high The world doesn't seem so cold then
