Crazy, Enough, Amazing, In Love

We are crazy

We are enough

You are amazing

I am in love

With you and who you are in your heart

But I would be lying if i said you were not a work of art

Your heart is large, but not of swelling

Your beauty is showing but never telling

Modesty, honesty, a heart fixing prodegy

Without any doubt I can say you mean a lot to me

But if I said that I would be in the wrong

You mean more to me than what I say in these poems or in songs

You mean the world to me..no, more

You mean the galaxy to me...no, more

You mean the universe to me...no, MORE

You mean everything to me, more than I can ignore

I cant ignore the love and I can ignore the pain

But the pain numbed by your touch and kisses of novacaine

Addicting like nicotine, without the bad effects

The kisses I taste after every one is the way you inject

Through this tranfer of love through lips, by mouth

Coursing through my veins, taking each route

It feels so good, I  feel so alive

At the touch of your hand as mine reaches to your side

To pull you closer, counting the seconds on a mental clock

But how can you count seconds after time has stopped

As it does in every time one of those moments pass

I want it all the time, I want it in mass

So that I may have it all of the time

So that maybe its possible to call you mine

Plan to demand stands of fights for nights and holding your hand

Scan all the sand all the land to prove I am the man

Not "the man" like a cocky action hero

The man that can hold you and make the rest zero

But you number one, for you matter the most

The day that you dont, on my words I will choke

And suffocate under every lie I have told

For evry attempt of lie you bought and I sold

But if theres one thing i promise its that all I say is true

Because the only girl I will ever be in love with is you

So save all your kisses and hugs for One Day

And please keep my heart, do not give it away

Like peopel have in my past

Because it hurts so bad

That they didnt return it, they just let it be crushed

So to the craft table it had to be rushed

Though I am in shambles I put it back together

And then have it cruched again looking for my forever

And give up on putting it together again

Or at least until I had the help of a friend

Who is now more than that and my heart she holds

Saving me from myself when I became cold

Everything will work out, everything will fall into place

Until the day I wake every day, and turn to see that beautiful face...

I live, I look, I read, I smile, I laugh. It's funny how the simplicity of all of that can be confusing, but that's people for you.
