A crazy idea makes the world a little better

So many people say that they are fearless.

But anyone who says something even close to that is a coward.

You never get over a fear you just forget the feeling.

Its still there, hidden under a layer of pride and a drizzle of courage.

From the day of conception to birth you fear nothing.

You are protected by your mothers womb.

Yet as soon as you are born you begin to fear others.

Color and sound , simple things that are overlooked.

Become your worst nightmare.

When you finally start to understand your fear.

You begin to forget everything you once feared.

You slowly develop and grow and become a child then an adult.

You age and then that fear returns you start to remember what really frightens you.

All your fears are combined into a single word.

Death

You fear the end of you existence.

You fear that you will lose everything you hold dear.

So in the end the only thing I truly fear is death.

The end of everything including fear.

But over my few short years I have come to embrace my fear.

Because it is the the only thing that makes everyday an adventure.
