to create

to create

beyond what form any can take.

to escape

to places only in dreams.

when plans have gone astray and muscles have given way

under the crushing force of this world

I can dream then I can write

to create

in this image a world only my own
impossible in spoken form
then it's to create a paradise,

which thereafter

I can go back and face this world again

with a new courage.

To write

to create.
