The Creator's Gift
His age reaches far beyond the galaxy,
never stopping for the sands of time.
Every stitch into the fabric of life woven
is far beyond sublime.
Clouds create the tender soul.
Lighting brings forth systems within.
Thunder makes the muscles grow.
Rain beckons tears from a grin.
The dance of light flashes through the stars,
while meteors crash upon heavens shore.
Here we watch the creator at work,
taking action with a godly roar.
Like a cannon shot within,
a shimmering star is let to be free.
His work has been completed
for all eternity.
The ball of gas slowly melts in a galaxy,
far beyond his home.
At last the creator slumbers,
knowing new life will never be postponed.
