Cries of the Silent

He'll be out of his misery soon

There it is

The only thing I want to see

A smile

A beacon of hope come through the door

My little girl comes

but

No one will listen

My howls and whines are becoming weaker

Once loved and now forgotten

Never given a second chance

He'll always wonder where he went wrong

Did I not love them enough?

Why would they leave me?

There they are looking at me

And then they leave

Without another word

(Now read backwards)
