Critical
Strong Eagle descending
The bumble bee’s buzz
fading
Glaciers drowning
Collapsing, disappearing
Nature out of balance
and lashing back
Scientific lies
Data inconclusive
Business, jobs
That's where the future is
Let the Eagle soar
They breathe in their alternate facts
with rising amounts of CO2
Nothing’s at stake
They’ll make it all Great
“It gets hot, it gets cold. It’s called weather”
A nation is more than capital
more than man
and his politics
One piece
of a swirling sphere of fragile and critical beauty,
a life sustaining mass of forests, mountains, oceans, streams
This marble is blue, green, and white
not red, white, and blue
protect her
respect her
Long live our four billion year old mother
