The Cross

The cross has always been my light. It has guided me down my path. It has kept me safe through the night, and helped me turn from wrath. The cross has always protected me, and provided me with great friends. The best kind of life it has helped me to see, a life without an end. The cross has always provided. It never leaves my heart. I’m so grateful my parents decided to raise me this way from the start. The cross has always been my rescue when I feel completely alone. I know if I were ever to skew, it would bring me right back home. The cross has taught me how to give. It has always showed me grace. It has shown me the best way to live, and how to punch fear in the face. The cross helps me maintain my sanity. It holds back all the strife. The cross is where I find my identity, and I will hold it dear for my whole life.
