Cross - Eyed

I can see a rainbow out of my window

This blue shade of sadness covers my dark blue book

As it waits to be opened with delight

Through the dark blue mist

Can I get a better response?

Better than the one I saw in your sapphire eyes

Tears dropping from the sky as they remind you, you got fright

Don’t tell me you are okay if you are not

Who said I can’t tell from your cyan eyes

This rainbow has a glimpse of hatred

I see it from the brown rim in my eyes

They show me, they tell me, that got nothing with my cries

This world they try to portray to me is nothing but an underworld

Where Hades lives underneath and I lay on top of this world

Pretending I am okay, okay in this dark blue world

Waiting for an answer that has been longing to be heard

This type of world they show me the fate

I need to know the future where I lay

Facts is not what you need, it is what you want

It is nothing but a belief, a belief that you have been longing for

Thunder crashing my dreams as they are stomped

How could you think of something wrong?

Deep in its core I hear the cries as they call me “Help me tonight”

I was waiting for the day I could vary between the world

Nothing could bring back my reality to me other than this waterworld

These cross-eyed eyes don’t tell a lie

To the moon and back, they shine blue and bright

These lies have turned black and white

Plain like my brain cells in night

The ocean has been crashing the shore waiting to be heard from a bore

This world needs to hear the truth or it will be war

Crash, crush, and turn is all it does

Still waiting for the happiness to cover the sadness in my colourful eyes

These blissful, blue colours I see out of my window

It's a bliss, oh it's a rainbow I saw out of my window
