Crossroad
We may cross paths now
We may cross paths then
If there is a beginning
Eventually there will be an end
But alas, there is no need to fear
For our planet is round
Therefore our roads must adhere
I shall meet you eventually
I shall meet you soon
If not this life
Then perhaps the next
If theory is right
The roads must intersect
The journey is long
But not out of our reach
We cannot see an end
But the end is not what we seek
I will see you eventually
I will see you soon
Together we will mold the future
Like clay, the future will be shaped
Little mistakes will not matter
Because perfection does not exist
Nor does the future
On the crossroads where we will meet
