Crows
the crows in the city
i think maybe they're after me
i try to leave them alone
but they're so overgrown
maybe it's in the water
and we're all getting some
ive been thinking of leaving
and learning some things
about the crows wings
and why they can fly so much higher than me
the worst part
i think
is that they can't even sing
all the do is scream
and scream
and scream
listen kids
listen right
there's nothing above but your lousy kites
why listen to a word i've said
you are the masters of your own heads
don't listen to a word they've said
they're just humans
and they've been wrong before
they're just apes
with power and glory
but they still walk with their hands
we are just people
and we make things up
just lousy people flying lousy kites
how arrogant
how proud
i heard all the crows left
when they heard what i heard
now we just have loust kites above our heads
but at least they don't shit on our cars
