Crumbling world of life.

I feel as if the ground I walk crumbles The world I've held so dear is deteriorating with every step I take I can hear the rumbles With each move I make I get put into checkmate This life I once knew as been torn asunder And the thread used to stitch it is weak and evil With each day that goes by the good goes under And just to keep it from collapsing I must run for miles Away from that which I despise the most I must escape from this world For I refuse to be the host I refuse to go cold
