Crumpled Paper

They throw away the crumpled paper

Forget the words the sheet contains

The letters lose all their meaning

Become just squiggles from one day

I’m those squiggles on that crumpled paper

You took control and wrote my story

Then decided I was no good anymore

And crumpled me up and threw me away
