Crushes

With lack of a conclusion sleep is an allusion

a simple no, will cause a minor heart contusion

An ecstatic yes would give it a great resolution

But this problem has no solution

This feels like ecstasy

You in the bed with me

Laying together like we were meant to be

Been here so many times before but never this free

Our skin rubs together causing me to dream

My mind fades away like a leaf in a stream

To a place far beyond these messy sheets

Only time will tell what will become of us

But there is no such thing as time only clocks

That means you have me forever baby

Hoping this is love not lust

Hoping to tell you everything with trust

Praying that we’ll make it through no bust

My heart can either crumble or grow

We don't have to go fast we can go slow

our future together we are moldin

And together I think we are golden

But every second I fear that we could be broken

But if we really want things to escalate

Then on each other we must concentrate

To make things work we must collaborate

The pages of my life are blank but you are an author and you illustrate

A simple smile is all it takes for your love to demonstrate
