Cry
The tears are gone,
I refuse to cry,
For sadness and sorrow can die,
I cry for laughter and joy,
Not for pain,
More sorrow happens,
But no tears come,
I've wasted them all on my fathers son,
Never a word,
Forgotten by your own blood,
Caused all my tears,
But even when sorrow over comes me,
I wear a smile,
Never letting it over come me.
