I walk in

Incognito

Gliding inbetween unfriendly faces

Quickly opening the small door

Making my way into the backroom

There it is

My little piece of magic

The crimson smock I wear

Confidence and helpfulness woven in its seems

Placing it around my neck

Securing it around my waist

I am the scarlet hero

Stepping back through that door

All eyes on me

I smile with my newfound courage

I am their guide

I have all the answers

I am

Customer Service Associate!
