a cup of tea

Love sweet like tea

just a spoonful of honey

sticky situations--but sweet enough nonetheless

a sprinkle of sugar

so the rush never diminishes

just a bit hot

to burn your tongue and remind you to proceed with caution

but a taste so satisfying

it comforts your senses

and keeps you going throughout the day
