The Cure

A flower, in gorgeous red, grows on the ground

The cure, shining silver like the Moon by Night, on the other side

And between them is the broken one

Who asked for Help but never got it

Who screamed because of the Pain but no one heard it

Who showed the Pain for everyone visible but no one saw it

Everyone was just judging

It’s the own fault to be broken

It’s just the own Laziness that keeps you away from a Change

Someone like that just gave up because it was hard for a little Time

No.

A broken one gives up because everyone gave up on them

Tell me? Would one of you all fight?

Just one?

When you lost your Warmth and everyone refuses to give you some

Would you fight?

When you’re drowning in an Ocean, trying to reach a helping Hand and everyone refuses his Hand

Would you fight?

When you’re all alone, craving for Company and everyone refuses his own

Would you fight?

None of you would

When you don’t see the Worth of yourself in the World and there’s no one to show you

You give up.

And you’re just judging

You’re not seeing that it’s also your Fault

But these people, who refused their Help, who were judging, are now standing in front of dirt

Apologizing to the Air

Regret in their Faces

They don’t see it’s also their Fault

They just live in their own World

But still…

They can’t understand

The broken one just asked for one Person

To help them

To be their Friend

But everyone refused

They believed in Humans

But only Disappointment was left

All the Light, Trust and Love was gone

And only Darkness remained

They needed a Guide out of the dark

But nobody saw it

So they had to find a Way by themselves

The only Thing they could control

The only Cure, the only help

Always there when it’s needed

It feels like it’s the only Thing that helps

But in the End

And now, all the People are asking

“Why didn’t they say a Thing?”

“We could have helped them”

Now they seem to care

Now they want to help

They just understand that they asked

They don’t understand that they have to listen to the Silence

But sometimes it’s too late

Too late to help

Too late to Care

Because the so called Cure already helped

Because the Cure is the Reason they’re standing here
