The cure

Location

If I had the chance, I would take a stance.

Make myself be heard, find a cure.

The numbers are soaring, parents are mourning.

Lives are impacted each day.

But you see,

no ear will hear,

no eye will see,

until it has effected thee.

I accept this to be true,

and hope the disease does feel rue.

Evil dancer,

it gives no answer,

Childhood cancer.

I have the chance, I am taking a stance.

Dropping the numbers, awaring my brothers,

prying the ears and the eyes.

My words are sure,

I will find a cure.
