The Cure To All Of My Problems

Where would I be without the thumping of the beat

Or the delicate chords that make me feel complete

The sounds slither into my ears

They are welcoming to the treat

Embracing it with open arms

It has a way of charm

And a way of sweeping me away

Never failing to get me through the day

Whenever I feel nothing but despair

It calms me down and makes me feel I am not there

Not in a situation where I would seek escape

Just in my mind going wherever the music takes

Me and my long improbable thoughts

I am happy, gaining the feelings I've sought
