Cursed To Be Medusa

For I am Cursed to be Medusa,

My hair as Venomous Serpents,

Forced to Slither and Glide along the ground,

Half Snake Half Woman.

Once I walked as a Beautiful mortal woman,

A daughter of Phorcys and Ceto,

Known for my Beauty, with my Blonde Tresses,

My beauty DARED any other.

Athena with a Jealous heart Cursed me,

Now I Sit within my Chambers,

The oil lamp Burns,

Lighting the way of the Dark cave i call my Home.

For I Am Cursed To Be Medusa.
