Curtain Call

Makeup is on

Stage is set

A light is placed

On the moving dead

Curtain falls

Audience stands

Applauding with obedient hands

Spotlight fades

So do you

As the makeup removed

Removes you too

Nothing left

Only empty bones

An empty soul forever alone
