Cut Me Now

Crushed under the force
of objects that cannot be
removed, autonomy cannot
be achieved by the helpless
Her scars are constant
reminders of the pain
that cannot be concealed
She cannot go on
She cannot venture
further into her own
sadness without the
rest of the world knowing
Hounding on her
Making her beg
Making her fight
She's too tired to
sleep and too
angry to yell
Emotion chokes
her neck and makes
her swallow the pain
And there it wil stay
A notion dying in vain
