cutting

in  this dark abyss

that swirls around

what i find is this

there is no sound

sometimes no fear

no hope to be found

so i shed a tear

from all this strife

from all i can’t unhear

and all the pain in life

that could flow away

just by using a knife

a little blood to pay

and make the pain go by

using a blade today

you’d think i’d cry

but yet i sigh
