Cyan
I’m not brave.
I’m not courageous.
I’m not wild and free.
I’m none of the things that I could be,
But I am me.
I’m sheltered and afraid.
I’m scared of the world and what it has to hold.
I’m none of the things that I’m longing to be,
But I am me.
I’m small and fragile.
I’m protected and guarded.
I’m none of the things that I could be,
But I am me,
And that’s perfectly fine,
Because I can be anyone I want to be,
I just have to be set free.
