The Cycle

The Cycle The day he touched her, her body went numb her not knowing what sex was he took it and ran now a girl is left with the tears to show for with nobody to call her own. What is love if the human eyes has never saw or even touched it. Yet, we yearn for something we never had, you say you love us but NO! You really don’t, does love make you feel so low to the point you look to yourself for self-destruction, praying that the abundance of drugs you have just consumed will take you away from all your misery and pain? Is it because she thought that there was something more to what they really had but never really existed was it the simple words I love you that got her through perhaps so, but love should never make you feel less of a person or give yourself away because the one you love has needs and wants. Yet you did it because of LOVE, nonetheless what was love too you was simply just lust for him. She was so blind to the lies that deceived her that she began to blame herself yet the one to attack was never there from the beginning to show a girl what true love is. Maybe if he had been in the equation, than Legs wouldn’t Open Very Easy in which many say that’s what love stands for? She wouldn’t be expressing her feelings through a never ending poem but, since he wasn’t there she was lost in the streets to find her own. She wanted to say good bye to the one that constantly took from her and mistreated her but every time he had a problem she was the only solution. She didn’t even notice she was the target he kept aiming his arrow at to purge his problems away but to destroy her mentally and physically it’s the things they do that we adore and fall victimize too when in reality who’s the one to blame do we blame ourselves for being so subliminal too the games that guys tend to play on girls? What’s done is done and they say time is precious so value it as if your life depends on it but what was so precious to her wasn’t so valid to him because he used and slander it for a minute of enjoyment and now he was out the door and where are you? Stuck with a belly that’s rapidly growing, what you didn’t have is now what your child doesn’t have and the cycle has begun and you didn’t even know it.
